SALES POLICY
I have the right to refuse a
sale to ANYONE.
I will only sell an animal to
buyers if they have a parent present or are over 14yrs old.
I will only sell to reasonable
buyers.
If you at anytime after purchase
decide to sell a VALLEY BUNNIES rabbit please contact me, I may have room for the animal.
I do not want to find any of
my rabbits at pet/feed stores!
I am NOT responsible for any
injuries after 1week of the purchase date. This includes: broken legs, tails, malclusion, missing toenails, illness or death
of the animal.
I EXPECT POSSIBLE BUYERS TO
EXAMINE AND LOOK OVER THE RABBIT BEFORE PURCHASE!
I will not sell a rabbit with
a known fault without letting you know.
I will only hold and animal
for 2weeks, or until the next show date without a down payment, after 2weeks I charge half of the selling price, this is NOT
refundable.
If I feel an offer isn’t
solid I will not with-hold the animal.
I only give discounts to junior
ARBA members under 16yrs old.
SHOW QUALITY
doesn’t not have any known
DQ’s.
I am not guaranteeing that these
animal do not have faults .
I will only refund a rabbit
if it acquires a DQ within a week of purchase.
I will not give you a cash refund.
Exchange only!
BROOD QUALITY
This is an animal with a known
DQ or fault.
I will only give a refund on
brood animals if they become ill or die.
PET QUALITY
This is an animal with a trait
you would not want to have in a breeding program. (ex. Malclusion, sport color, white toenails, white spots, etc.) |
